The American Patriot Party Endorses Candidates outside it's own party that most closely follows our aims and goals for a free country.

In 2004, the Patriot Party gave Limited Candidate Endorsement for President Michael Peroutka of the Constitutional Party, for President. Note: The Oregon Patriot Party had abstained from that endorsement. In 2008, Ron Paul was endorsed by a number of states through the primaries; Upon endorsement of Chuck Baldwin by Ron Paul, some states members followed with their votes.

The two candidate voting system:

This system allows the voter to vote for the candidate he believes will be the best person for the job;

If that person does not get enough votes, his second choice is recorded.

This allows the voter to vote his conscience first without throwing away a crucial vote.

An example would be, if you believed Ron Paul was the best person for the job as president but did not want to loose a vote to another Republican Candidate that may or may be more popular You would simply vote Ron Paul as your first choice and the more popular candidate for second choice;

If Ron Paul did not carry the votes necessary to be a contender, you would not loose anything;

This is because the second choice vote would automatically engage and be counted that candidate.

This innovative voting system allows for greater options to vote your conscience.

Taxes

The American Patriot Party and Oregon Patriot Party, Championing the "No Names No Numbers Tax";

The States Liberty Bill, Federal Government Patriot Tax System Reform Bill, Zoning Abolishment Bill; The Private Person and Property Security Bill and the Freedom Responsibility Bill which places the responsibility on every court and government agency at every level to have the power to refuse laws that it deems contrary to the Inalienable Rights guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence as intended by the founders letters and constitution of this country without reprimand by federal, state, county or other entity, thereby empowering the responsibility defined in the Declaration of Independence wherein it states clearly:

"That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed; that, whenever "ANY FORM" of government becomes destructive of THESE ends, it is the "right" of "the people" to "alter" or to "abolish" it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness...

Note, that when this was written, it did not mean within the constraints of the existing law or within the constraint of a government procedure such as a voting system; As they stood outside and apart from their own present government at that time, and had no "legal" government.

They were individuals making a stand.

This imposed a power of a people, any group of people; not of a, or any, government.

The Declaration of Independence defines

1.) a free individual his first right and duty and;

2.) 40 Definitions of a Tyrannical government in which to impose your first right and duty upon.

The Constitution's purpose is to fully, in compliance with the Declaration of Independence's foundation, limit the powers of the Federal Government.

This is the sole purpose of the Constitution; and it does not, in any way, overwrite the foundations and duties laid out by the Declaration of Independence.

Clearly as written in the Constitution Article VI, that the Constitution is bound by prior Oaths which are Engagements of the People, declared in The Declaration of Independence, and all agreements set forth in the Confederation; All those and future laws subject ultimately to those oaths which are "Engagements" of and with the People presented in the Declaration of Independence, "Not Withstanding".

Constitution: Article VI: All Debts contracted "and "Engagements" entered into (Oaths and Declarations), before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution as under the "Confederation". This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be "made" in >>>"pursuance thereof" ; and all Treaties (Oaths and Declarations) "made", or which shall be "made", under the Authority of the United States, shall be supreme Law of the Land ...."

Note that any law made under the Constitution is limited to laws within the "DELEGATED" Powers; Further, the Supremacy Clause was limited to those delegated powers and restricted the federal government from arrogating ANY new power. The federal legislature - federal government cannot create laws outside those very limited delegated powers, nor can they "arrogate" ANY new powers.

Police powers are limited to the 10 miles square of Washington DC The Supremacy Clause is a limited power; It cannot exceed the delegated powers.... EVER.

These are clearly defined by the Founders in the Constitutional Debates in the Ratifying Conventions of 1788.

The American Patriot Party that we represent follows the intent of the founders, we do not support environmental socialism or progressivism against freedoms or against certain inalienable rights and property. This party is opposed to any international manipulation of our country, our states, our counties or our communities from collective environmental activism of any kind. This is Tyranny as defined: 13th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence defining tyranny in government: "He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitutions and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation": We are further opposed to the consumption and control of American soil by environmental trusts and organizations. We are opposed to any US activism or government manipulation of other countries and their environments;

This party is not Nationalistic. Nationalism (and all encompassing Federalism) as proclaimed by the Originating founders is tyranny. 22nd Grievance of the Declaration of Independence defining tyranny in government: "For suspending our own legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever." We believe in Independent States Rights, county powers over state and local citizen power and control of their own property over county and state and federal. This party promotes the Declaration of Independence and certain, inalienable rights as defined by the Originating Founders of 1776 and before;

This defends against tyranny as defined in the 20th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence defining tyranny in government: "For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies"; and the 21st Grievance of the Declaration of Independence defining tyranny in government: "For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our government"S";"

One can also distinguish this party from other similarly named parties in that we do not promote protectionism, though we believe our borders should be protected against threats, attempting to stop legal immigration is tyranny as defined by the founding fathers. 7th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence defining tyranny in government: "He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the "conditions" of new appropriations of lands."

Freedom is defined. Know the difference between Blind Nationalism (socialism and tyranny); and True Freedom defined by certain, inalienable rights.

Introduction to our country's need of The American Patriot Party.

Presently, as it is easily experienced within the United States, the federal government has become a funnel for regulations; not only from the federal government, but as a avenue for international interests, special interests and foreign manipulation.

Remove the funnel and the unconstitutional income and other "unenumerated flat percentage taxes" that support unlimited federal power and growth, and these invasions into state and local governments and personal lives will stop.

To do this, the federal government, its double (and triple) layered regulation (federal over state over county) must be disassembled, removed and the powers of jurisdiction reversed to follow the founders intent for a free nation, free independent states and free well represented local communities.

The States Liberty Bill being worked upon by this party does this by creating a opportunity for the government dependent bureaucracy to assimilate into a free market society as the federal bureaucracy is reduced or in many areas eliminated completely.

Presently, harsh zoning regulations and environmental regulations (not building codes or obvious pollution regulation where necessary) and other free enterprise regulations on business, much based on esthetics or local profiteering by city governments, make it extremely difficult for the individual to compete against corporations, unions, special interest (so called nonprofit yet highly lucrative groups and agencies) and government agencies themselves.

Instead of improving opportunities, these regulations cause a condition that makes individuals, unable or not willing to compete against such odds, to jump into the open arms of either the social government bureaucracy or one of the groups previously mentioned. all of which are social bureaucracies by way of their operation (if it operates like a socialism, it is socialism, no matter what it is called and no matter how many American flags you fly over it).

This increases the "burden" of taxation on individuals and makes them further dependent on others. This is not conducive to truly free enterprise. See our Special Report #5 regarding Tax Burden on our front page and the "A" or Anonymity Tax; a No Names No Numbers Tax System

The States Liberty Bill has three main parts:

1.) Removal of all federal ownership of lands from within the states except military bases. Removal of all nonessential federal agencies within the states. All lands transferred to the states free of all encumbrances and in complete ownership and control of the individual counties of each state.

2.) Removal of all zoning laws (as previously explained). Zoning often touted as "controlled growth" actually only controls people , not growth. It is form of government granting Exclusive Privileges (which see) between citizens; Corporate and Union contractors can build thousand of homes; where the individual will be blocked from dividing a small tract for his sons and daughters to build on. Government builds government offices wherever they please to expand room for greater bureaucracy, yet the individual is heavily burdened with regulations for the smallest division or betterment. This part of this bill will allow for growth in the free market and to allow openings for jobs lost in the reduction of the federal and state bureaucracies.

3.) Implementation of a No Names No Numbers Tax System (which see) Please also review the FAQ page.

This automated and freedom enhancing tax puts all other "so called" better tax systems (fair tax, equal tax, 10% tax etc.) to shame; As this tax system removes the "burden" of government bureaucratic regulation of people and all paperwork from the tax (cutting tax burdens 50% or more); removes the intrusiveness into private business; removes compliance costs; removes harsh criminal aspect of non payment as it reduces it to a small traffic infraction; removes the costly burdens caused by incarceration of "so called" tax criminals.

This system actually removes the IRS, separates the federal government from collecting any tax revenue, as states will collect it for the federal government at ports of call. Separates the federal government from collecting money from any average us citizen as it will rely solely on imports for its operation, including visitors. This is also another way to actually solve the costs incurred at our borders instead of chasing them away.

The states and counties will collect through automated nameless toll tax system that will tied to each states direct needs presented at the voting booths and placed into separate accounts that are ear tagged solely for the service voted upon and not available to government manipulations of funds. This small tax will be collected from anyone who drives and kept small to increase commerce that will actually increase the availability for "needed and voted upon revenues.

This will also collect tax from visitors from our country as they travel through out our country. The tax being so dispersed over the entire population will lower the burden of tax for everyone, this includes the poorest who by way of present tax systems simply pay the "burden" of the tax as it is factored into the product being sold to them.

This is the reason you cannot tax wealth as it simply gets factored into the product. The wealthy may pay the tax (hand it to the government), but the burden of the tax is paid by the person or consumer that cannot defer or "write off" the tax further. The poorest paying the highest burden in percentage to their income. The harder you tax wealth, the harder the burden on the poor. (1.00 product taxed .25 cents usually costs 1.25 in the market, the consumer pays 1.25 and the company pays the .25 to the government to cover the tax ). Republicans, Democrats and other parties use this to confuse the public; The Republicans say the large corporations pay more tax that the general public, and still fund huge tax bills or expenditures and the Democrats say they want higher taxes to punish the wealthy then, create more burdens by creating more social dependency through government programs. A mad vicious cycle that increases the "burden" on everyone.

Note that this transfer of burden will also occur on import taxes that the federal government will be receiving collected by the states through this bill, but the poor will have a choice of whether or not to purchase imported goods; some imported goods may compete in overall cost (tax and product cost) that may seem favorable to all consumers. +

But the main benefit to this tax system is the enhancement of freedom. The federal government will have no business in your business. You will be "Secure in your person, papers and effects (property)". This as the federal government will have no record of who you are or what you own or what your business is. You will require no paperwork or receipts except that which you wish to retain for your own necessary records. Free trade within the US will be truly free trade.

Income, property, sales, death, inheritance, and all other taxes except Use taxes paid directly for the service intended (not general fund) and voluntary taxes (lottery) also paid for services intended; will be abolished. If you own property, you will own property absolutely. Further you will not be taxed for bettering yourself. A poor man can save up to buy a small piece of land, divide it or build a mansion from the rocks on the land and owe no one nothing. This will provide incentive offered of true freedom to everyone.

Localized monopoly laws will be empowered to protect against any blatant abuses in power or unfair trade practices by the extremely wealthy or corrupt., and judicial safeguards set.

Other safeguards placed:

"Public Opinion" will be defined as "those most affected" or by an area no greater than that of any 5 miles of the "area most affected" this protecting against outside intervention of County, state or federal governments and all cases held in county courts.

No condemnation laws of property except during war temporarily when necessary (but never necessary when rights are being invaded and not protected) and returned thereafter to the owner at wars end; The original taking and compensation clause was limited to the 10 miles square of Washington DC for a special purpose; Then arrogated into a power throughout the states as imminent domain after the civil war and then adopted by states and cities as a power of condemnation - it remains UNCONSTITUTIONAL . (taking, in any other use, was a temporary use provision for war, not a condemnation provision which would be expounding upon a general phrase in the constitution) Read John Locke, Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions and The Virginia Ratifying Convention 6-16-1788.

Arrogating New Powers are "expressly prohibited" in the Ratifying Conventions (which see), that define the meaning of the Constitution

As to further party goals, we hope to educate people to the true foundations of freedom that are defined quite clearly by the Originating Founders. We are only a representative government within the confines of those certain inalienable rights defined. This limits not only government but also man in his interaction with others.

Where libertarians deem the right to do anything they wish with their person (also democrats, republicans and many other parties), when it involves another person, outside what natures God and God entitle us" (opening lines Declaration of Independence); The natural rights we possess cannot be given away, traded or sold, nor received by another; Such would be voluntary slavery on ones part and acceptance of such slavery on the other. This is in direct violation to the definition to freedom as defined by Samuel Adams; and not freedom. Therefor we as individuals are not entitled to give up those laws and natural rights obvious in nature. Thus freedom is defined; not anything we wish it to be, and held by each in personal responsibility in relation to these laws. See also our page regarding the Political Left and Right

Samuel Adams, Rights of the Colonists, 1772: "...If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate this gift, and "voluntarily" become a slave."

We are looking for persons educated in the letters of and prior to 1776 and the literal meanings of the Declaration of Independence to establish this party in their states, that will educate others to these positions and to run for office with this party's goals. While reviewing any videos or information from the Heritage Foundation, beware of the insertion of information not in line with true freedom as defined by the founders or attempts by groups such as the Heritage Foundation that promote "exclusive privileges" as "free trade" under the "guise" of "Freedom of Contract".

Beware of "Exclusive Privileged" trade, i.e. State born exclusive privileges such as Corporations, Unions, Tax supported Special Interests or Undelegated (under the Original Compact) self perpetuating federal or state bureaucracies; being "passed off" as "Free Trade".

They are Collectives; Cartels and Monopolies; Creating not free trade, but "exclusive privileged trade".

When challenged, fiscal republicans scream "freedom of contract" ; Which has been corrupted by the addition of the "exclusive privilege" in the form of the corporation, which should not exist in a free country; and should not be or have unlimited grant of contract; as it's whole existence is subject to the general public;

That others can create corporations is no excuse to allow something that "should not exist in the fist place"; Exclusive Privileged Collectives eventually choke out true free enterprise; Where as independents are crowded out, they tend to migrate to those collectives for survival which worsens the situation.

See Virginia Declaration of Rights #4; And our 2006 News letter that presents a full days Constitutional Debate; James Madison in short states "far be it from them to grant exclusive privileges to anyone";

Further, it allows foreign control, through stocks, of American soil and businesses; These subvert the powers of the local legislative, causing dependency of those it employs, to foreign interests; who owe homage to a foreign legislature;

This is against the philosophy of freedom;

See John Locke regarding Toleration, where citizens owing homage to another entity (power - Pope used as the example back then) gives way to granting that entity soldiers against the local legislative (magistrate) to be stationed within the borders of a Magistrates own Country;

This is opposed to the local legislative which is supposed to be supreme (limited powers granted by the people), to be fully supported by the people and in-turn for the legislative to be fully in defense of the people's local interests and safety;

Weigh all information, carefully.
